Since 1968, Lufasco has helped Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) solve complex component sourcing, inventory management, and assembly challenges.

Founded by the late Fred Lubker with a vision for a better way to serve industry, Lufasco became a pioneer in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), helping manufacturers simplify the management of high-volume Class C components.

Today, under the leadership of Chris Lubker, Lufasco carries Fred’s legacy forward through innovative solutions, personal service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

1968

Founded

Founded in Philadelphia, PA, as a fastener distributor serving Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with fasteners and specialty components.

1980's

Relocation

Relocated to Exton, PA, improving access to key customers and strategically positioning operations to support continued growth and expansion.

1990's

Expansion

Expanded with new locations in Hagerstown, MD, and Rock Hill, SC, to support a growing base of OEM customers.

2000's

New Chapter

Under the leadership of Fred’s son, Chris Lubker, Lufasco entered a new chapter built on the same commitment to personal service, practical solutions, and delivering greater value to its customers

Growth

Size of operation to triple in Q4 2026, expanding capacity and investing in enhanced processes, capabilities, and customer support.
