- REQUIREMENTS
Review of drawings, specifications, samples, bills of material, quality requirements, expected volume, packaging needs, and production goals. Open questions are resolved before the assembly process is finalized
- SOURCE AND VERIFY COMPONENTS
Components sourced through qualified manufacturers and suppliers. Samples, documentation, and part requirements are reviewed to help ensure the correct components enter the assembly process
- DEVELOP FIXTURES, AND INSTRUCTIONS
When required, custom fixtures, gauges, tooling, and documented work instructions are developed to support repeatability, operator safety, and efficient production
- ASSEMBLE
Trained personnel perform the assembly according to documented sequence and requirements. The process may include mechanical fastening, fitting installation, hose connections, seals, clips, clamps, and other specified operations
- INSPECT AND VERIFY
Assemblies are inspected against the applicable visual, dimensional, functional, and quality requirements. Results and records are maintained as required
- PACKAGE AND DELIVER
Finished assemblies are labeled, protected, organized, and packaged for safe handling. Delivery is coordinated with the customer’s production schedule, inventory plan, or release requirements
